钟罩阀工作原理

概述

钟罩阀是重要用于高温尘气的开关阀，高炉和煤气发生炉使用比较常见，有干式和湿式两种类型。具有结构紧凑，占地面积小，气密性严，可靠性高等特点。钟罩阀原理很简单，上部是一筒状或者锥形钟罩，钟罩与上部运动杆相连，下部为进气口，密封时钟罩着落将下部进气口密封，反之向上则阀门开启，出口设置在侧面。

工作原理

A：环链葫芦型chain hoist

钟罩阀主要由阀座、钟罩、阀体、阀盖、提升吊杆、提升架及吊杆润滑密封系统、环链电动葫芦和爬梯系统组成。钟罩与阀座为铸钢件，控制钟罩与阀座的相对位置关系就能达到控制流体流量的目的。工作时，阀座是安装在管道上不动的。钟罩经吊杆，穿过润滑密封系统与环链电动葫芦的吊钩连接成一体。当环链电动葫芦得到动作信号，开启钟罩阀时，环链电动葫芦拉起吊钩，吊杆垂直上升，从而将钟罩提升，这样就使钟罩与阀座产生了距离，钟罩阀两端的管路就连通了，实现烟气的排放。反之，环链电动葫芦吊钩下降，钟罩在重力的作用下落下，直到接触到阀座，这样就将管路两端的烟气截断了。

B：卷扬机型Windlass：

当卷扬机得到动作信号，开启钟罩阀时，卷扬机拉紧钢丝绳，吊杆垂直上升，从而将钟罩提升，这样就使钟罩与阀座产生了距离，钟罩阀两端的管路就连通了，实现烟气的排放。反之，卷扬机松开钢丝绳，钟罩在重力的作用下落下，直到接触到阀座，这样就将管路两端的烟气截断了。
